Booking Terms and conditions
Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- The product – your tennis holiday package
- Tennis Holidays Croatia
- Supplier – all the partners Tennis Holiday Croatia sources Products from (hotels, transport companies, incoming agencies or any other supplier or provider)
- Website – means the website of Tennis Holidays Croatia, accessed through the url address as www.tennisholidayscroatia.com
1. Making a booking
1.1. Any Products detailed on the Website are subject to availability and therefore we need to check the availability once a Customer has indicated that they would like to make a booking, before it can be confirmed.
1.2. Once a customer has received a contractual offer with the possibillity to book the product, the purchase can be made.
1.3. The offer is sent in an email to the customer by Tennis Holidays Croatia. It will be valid for 48 hours from the time is has been sent. If the customer has accepted the offer by making the payment within 48 hours, the booking placed by the customer will be accepted by the supplier. If the customer hasn't processed the payment of the offer within 24 hours, the offer may no longer be valid and we cannot guarantee the booking will be accepted by the supplier.
1.4. Once your booking has been completed and payment for your product has been made, Tennis Holidays Croatia will issue you with:
1.4.1. booking receipt (invoice) with details of the product you have booked. Please note this is not a complete booking confirmation with all the details of your itinerary, etc – this will be sent to you by Tennis Holidays Croatia separately later on. The booking receipt merely confirms receipt of monies that we have taken and details of the dates your product has been booked for.
1.4.2. When you receive documentation for your tennis holiday (hotel stay, tennis programme, activities), please ensure you check that these are correct and that they match the names and ages on the passport(s).
2. Payment terms
2.1. We only accept payments by credit
2.2. Invoices are immediately sent to you by E-mail.
2.3. When paying bills, please ensure that your card details are valid and that you have sufficient funds available.
2.4. Refunds and cancellations: If you have any query that has been charged by us to your card, please contact us straight away. If we find the payment has been taken in error, we will refund the amount immediately to your credit or debit card. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Tennis Holidays Croatia.
3. Changes you make before travel
3.1.1. If you want to make changes to your accommodation for your holiday, or you are reducing the item of your package, we will do our best to help you. We cannot guarantee to make the change as they are subject to availability. In addition, we will apply a fee in the amount of £25 per change made for each person on the booking you want to change.
4. Cancellations you make before travel
4.1.1. Should you find that you need to cancel your holiday with Tennis Holidays Croatia, you must give written notice to cancel (send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org ). In order to cover our expected losses from the cancellation of the booking, please be aware of charges occuring in the percentage of the cost of the arrangement being cancelled. The charges must be paid by you if you or anyone travelling with you cancels the arrangement.

No refund can be made for any unused arrangements.
4.1.2. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any cancellation charges payable under the terms of your insurance policy. All claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
5. Changes made by Tennis Holidays Croatia before travel
5.1. Once you have confirmed the booking by making the payment, the sales is final. Ocasionally, we have to notify you of a significant change that we may make due to causes outside our control. You can choose from one of the following options:
5.1.1. Accept amendments we have made
188.8.131.52. For hotel reservations – offer you an alternative of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive alternative, in which case we will refund the difference in price.
184.108.40.206. For tennis programme – providing the most suitable alternative of a similar standard to that originally booked. If for any reason (unfavourable weather conditions or similar) we are not able to fulfill the tennis programme booked, we will find the best alternative.
220.127.116.11. For activities (excursions) – the activities we sell are in our own production or outsourced through our trusted suppliers. In the unlikely cases activities cannot be performed (e.g. extreme weather), the activity will be re-scheduled for another day, if possible. If the change is not possible, you will be offered another activity. If no other activity available, you will receive a full refund.
5.1.2. Book another available holiday from us – If you do not wish to accept the alternatives offered, you can choose a different holiday we offer by paying or receiving the difference in price.
5.1.3. Cancel your holiday with a refund - Accepting the cancellation of your holiday in which case you will receive a full refund of all monies you have paid.
5.2. All mentioned above goes for significant changes. Any minor changes happening, we will inform you, however we will not pay compensation as a result of this change.
5.3. Circumstances beyond our control – Except where we say differently elsewhere in these conditions, we cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if, as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your Holiday or Single Component after booking, or we, or our suppliers, cannot supply your Holiday/Single Component, as we, or they, had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description.When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we, or the supplier in question, could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather (actual or threatened), change to Foreign Office advice to advise against travel to destination and significant building work ongoing outside of your accommodation (such as resort development).
6. Changes made by Tennis Holiday Croatia after travel
6.1.1. if we can't provide some parts of your pre-booked holiday after you have departured, we will offer you a suitable alternative if possible. If it is not possible to offer you a suitable alternative, or you don't accept the alternatives, you will have the right to cancel, unless the reason for a change is due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. If you have a complaint
7.1. If you have a complaint or experience any problems whilst on holiday please inform the hotelier, supplier or us (email@example.com immediately to help you resolve the situation directly. If the matter cannot be resolved locally, please write to our Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org), giving your booking reference within 28 days of returning home.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and UK data protection laws, the data controller is Bojan Dvorsekof Tennis Holidays Croatia Ltd (owner). Tennis Holidays Croatia Ltd is a Private Limited Company by guarantee and includes the following brands:
- Tennis programs
- Tennis Holidays & another Activities in Croatia
Personal Data covers both facts and opinions about an individual where that data identifies an individual. For example, it includes information necessary for your Tennis Holiday
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Agency will use the personal information provided by the Guest to:
1) Provide the Property booked
2) Provide additional services through third parties requested by the Guest
3) Process your payment for the booking
4) Inform you about similar products or services that The Agency provide. The Guest may stop receiving these at any time by unsubscribing
5) The Agency will not give your personal data to any third party other than the Owner unless you have requested additional services to be provided during your booking, in which case the parties providing those services will be provided with your personal data, where necessary
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHERS
We do not sell or share your personal date for other organisations to use other as set out below.
