KRKA NATIONAL PARK ﹀

Krka National Park lies within Šibenik-Knin County, and covers a total area of 109 km² of the loveliest sections of the Krka River, and the lower course of the Čikola River. Krka National Park - 75 kilometre long complex of travertine waterfalls of the Krka river is the largest in Europe.

The largest waterfall ‘Skradinski buk’, which can be reached by boat, is 46 meters high and has six steps over which the Krka river flows. Its flow is strongest in spring. The National Park is dotted with hiking trails through the lush, refreshing vegetation and wooden bridges over the river, alongside the waterfalls.

The river is suitable for summer swimming under waterfalls, in the safe zone that is fenced by buoys. You will also visit the original ethno village - reconstructed old mills and house with an exhibition and presentation of traditional crafts.

KORNATI NATIONAL PARK (1 June - 1 October ONLY) ﹀

Departure time: 9 am Duration: 8 hrs

We are taking you to an all day cruise to the most unique part of the Mediterranean, the densest archipelago - Kornati -with 150 islands and islets on 320 acres, of which the vast majority is on the protected area of the National park.

The tour continues by sailing in Telašćica Nature Park, a natural extension of the Kornati islands, the largest and safest cove on the Adriatic coast. You can swim in the cove or in Slano jezero (Salty lake) that has healing properties due to the very high salinity, and walk to the lookout above the 150 meter cliffs that descend steeply into the open sea in the south of Dugi otok (Long island). The price includes: drinks on the boat (juice and water), lunch on island (grilled fish or meat).

PAKLENICA NATIONAL PARK ﹀

Departure: 8 am Duration: 10 hrs

Where the mountains meet the sea. Land Rover Defender jeeps are waiting for you in Starigrad Paklenica. After meeting the drivers, we set off to the Canyon of Zrmanja River. We drive to the site where the movie Winettou was filmed, and from there we can enjoy beautiful view of the river Zrmanja.

The wriggling river and almost 400 meters deep canyon that enters the Adriatic Sea are a breathtaking sight. After enjoying the view, it is time for morning coffee or juice on our half-hour brake and after that we drive through the south Velebit to a large valley. We stop in the valley and walk for a half an hour to the 260 meters deep pit called Mamut.

After that, we go back to the valley to have lunch. After lunch we continue the drive and cross over to the north side of Velebit, we drive for an hour and a half to the pass Alan that offers a magnificent view on the Velebit channel. During summer, we visit the Zrmanja waterfalls where we enjoy swimming.

PLITVICE LAKES NATIONAL PARK ﹀

Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest and most famous park in Croatia and among the most famous in Europe. With its 96 waterfalls and 16 lakes in the catchment area of the Korana river, and a multitude of tributaries and streams, it is a wonderful and huge complex of forests and natural diversity. It is the oldest national park in Croatia declared in 1949 and registered on UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1979.

The park covers 30,000 hectares of which 200 hectares are covered by lakes. We will take you on a walking tour to the waterfalls across wooden bridges and footpaths through breathtaking landscapes. Then we will take a small tourist train and an electric boat to the biggest lake called Kozjak. Travertine shelves created by the waterfalls are a living organism that has built up over several millennia. The current configuration has been created during the past 15,000 years.
